Jameson is the world's best-selling Irish whiskey, produced at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork and tracing its heritage to John Jameson's Bow Street Distillery in Dublin, founded in 1780. A signature blend of rich pot still and fine grain whiskeys, it is triple distilled for exceptional smoothness and matured for a minimum of four years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry oak casks. The result is a perfectly balanced whiskey: mellow vanilla and toasted wood on the nose, a silky palate of spicy caramel, nuts and orchard fruit, and an incredibly smooth, gently sweet finish.
