Zentel is GSK's trusted broad-spectrum worm expeller, containing albendazole 400mg in a convenient single-dose tablet. One tablet treats the most common intestinal worm infections — including roundworm, hookworm, pinworm (threadworm), whipworm and certain tapeworms — by preventing the worms from absorbing the sugars they need to survive, clearing eggs, larvae and adult worms alike. Regular deworming every six months is widely recommended in Ghana for adults and children over two years, helping to protect appetite, nutrition and overall wellbeing, especially in children. The tablet can be chewed or swallowed with water and taken with or without food, making the whole routine as easy as a single dose. Keep a tablet for each member of the household so the entire family can deworm together.
